In person bench seminar June 28, 2025 @6pm inside the Arkansas Strength Expo. Will be held in the warm up room for the SPF Powerlifting meet.
 
Approximately 1-2hrs of talking depending on how many questions everyone has. We will have a bench session after if people want to bring their shirts and get one-on-one advice while in action.
